Privacy policy

Digitapix ("we", "us") runs this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and handle data from visitors elsewhere with the same care.

What we collect

Free growth plan: what your business does, your industry, goal, budget range, city and website (all optional except business, industry and goal), plus your name and email.
Chat assistant: the questions you type. Chats aren't linked to your name and aren't stored on our server.
Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you're interested in, your budget range and your message.
Verification: a one-time code sent to your email. We store only a scrambled (hashed) version of it, and only until it expires.
Security data: to stop spam and abuse, we keep a scrambled, non-reversible version of your IP address for up to 24 hours. We never store your raw IP address.
Cookies: one strictly necessary session cookie that protects forms against forgery. We use no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal you asked for, and keep this website secure. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

Our email provider delivers messages for us. If bot protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being filled in by a person. These providers process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed enquiries are deleted automatically after 2 days. Confirmed enquiries are deleted after 180 days unless you become a client, in which case our contract governs what we keep.

How we protect it

This site is served only over HTTPS, uses strict security headers, verifies email ownership before any enquiry reaches us, rate-limits all forms and stores only what it needs.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email info@digitapix.tech and we'll respond within 30 days.

How this is worked out

Enquiries = budget ÷ cost per enquiry. Customers = enquiries × the share who buy. Revenue = customers × one sale.
