Who we work with. We design websites only for lawful businesses. We do not make drafts or websites for lotteries, betting or gambling, chit funds, money-circulation or guaranteed-return schemes, jobs that charge applicants a fee, money laundering or unlicensed money transfer, unregistered fund-raising or donation drives, political parties, election campaigns or canvassing, anything supporting terrorism or violence, adult content, or anything else illegal in India. We may refuse any request without giving a reason.
Your free draft. One free draft per business. It is a design preview only: it is shown through a private link that expires, carries a watermark with your name, and can't be downloaded. The design, code and layout stay the property of Digitapix. You may not copy, record, screenshot for reuse, or give the draft to anyone else to build from.
Your information. You confirm the details you give are true and that you own, or may use, every name, logo, text and photo you send. You are responsible for the claims your website makes, and for holding any licence your business needs.
No payment now. The draft is free. If you want the full website, we send you a written quote with GST shown first. Nothing is charged unless you accept it.
Your data. We use your details to make and send your draft, and keep them as described in our privacy policy. We send follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages only if you tick those boxes below, and you can stop them at any time.
Misuse. If a request breaks these terms, we stop work, and where the law requires it we report it to the authorities. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
